What shipping methods do you use?
We ship drugs using 2 delivery methods: Trackable Courier Service (usually 5–9 days) and Regular Airmail Service (usually 14–21 days). The packages sent by Regular Airmail Service cannot be tracked.

How can I pay for the ordered goods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB and E-Checks.

Can I check the status of my order?
If you choose Trackable Courier Service, you can track the status of your order on our website Tracking.

Why are your medications cheaper than in other pharmacies?
We specialize in selling generics of expensive drugs (exact copies). Manufacturers of generics do not spend money on their development and testing. That is, the company needs to invest money only in production – and the drug is ready! Due to this, it is possible to save several billion dollars, and therefore generics are much cheaper than the original products. Besides, we operate purely online and this helps us avoid expenses on renting an office.

Do you require a prescription?
Yes, we require a prescription for all RX items.

What shipping rates do you have?

What if my package is lost, damaged or some items are missing upon delivery?
Such cases are extremely rare. If this happens, you should contact our managers. We will either resend the products free of charge or offer you a full refund.

What if I haven’t received my order within the specified period?
If you do not receive your products within the promised period, contact your postal office. If they verify that your parcel has not arrived, we will either reship the goods free of charge or offer a full refund. We always strive to do our best and solve any problems as fast as possible.
